Merging Duplicate Filters

Overview

Catalogs often contain near-duplicate values, such as Color and Colour, or Grey and Gray. Prism spots these and offers plain-language suggestions to combine them.

1. On Facets and Filters, look for the Suggested Filter Clean-ups card.
2. Read the suggestion, for example Combine Color and Colour.
3. Click Combine to merge them, or Keep separate to dismiss.

1. Open the Recent Changes card.
2. Click Undo next to any merge Prism applied.

Tip: Merging reduces clutter and prevents split results, where the same products are scattered across two filters.
