Overview
Search Preview lets you test searches inside the admin, exactly as a shopper would experience them.
How to use it- Type a query in the search box.
- Optionally add a facet string to simulate selected filters, using comma-separated key:value pairs.
- Review the ranked results, including each product title, vendor, type, and storefront badges.
- Are the most relevant products near the top?
- Do your merchandising rules and redirects fire as expected?
- Does a vague or misspelled query still return useful products?
Tip: Preview applies the same ranking and out-of-stock handling as your live storefront, so what you see here is what shoppers get.
