How to Sync Prices
The Price Sync feature identifies and resolves price discrepancies by aligning the configurator price with the live Shopify price. Users can review item drifts by expanding product rows and sync items individually or in bulk, with a caution that syncing overrides will replace custom prices with the Shopify price.
Opening Price Sync
Go to Price Sync in the left-hand menu of the Configurator app. The page lists every configurable product that has one or more items with price discrepancies.

Click a product row to expand it and see a list of drifted items. For each item you will see:
- Item — The name of the item with a price discrepancy.
- Category — Which category it belongs to.
- Config Price — The price currently stored in the configurator.
- Shopify Price — The current live price in Shopify.
- Sync — The Sync button denotes that the product price was edited outside the configurator app in the individual product's settings. This brings attention to normal price changes which may need to be accounted for within your configuration. If this needs to be updated, you can do so either by simply clicking Sync or while you are editing the Configurable product.
- Override — Override denotes that the price was purposely adjusted to that price within the Configurator product itself. If this needs changing, you must edit the Configurable product and change it there.
Syncing Prices:
- Sync a single item — Click Sync next to an item row.
- Sync all items for a product — Click Sync All on the product header row.
After syncing, the configurator price is updated to match the current Shopify price.
Caution: Syncing an item that has an Override will replace your custom price with the Shopify price. Only sync override items if you intend to remove the custom price.
